Ecotourism consists of proposing a trip to a natural area to learn about it, enjoy it and explore it, while appreciating and contributing in a practical way to its conservation, without generating negative impacts on the environment and having positive repercussions on the local population.
RESTORATION
It has been important for us to restore this house respecting its history but also the environment. We not only use ancient materials but also ecological materials such as plaster and lime to cover the walls and tadelakt (an artisanal Moroccan lime) in the bathrooms. The wood was stained with walnut husk and protected with linseed oil, wax or even Swedish paint. For the walls we used homemade chalk and powder marble paint. Many objects, furniture and materials are antique or second-hand lovingly restored.
ENERGY
The house has solar panels, central heating powered by olive pits and heat pumps for the water.
We use ecological and healthy cleaning products.
We recycle and reduce our ecological footprint to the maximum. In particular promoting responsible water consumption.

GASTRONOMY
We want to share our passion for cooking that we have been practicing for many years. We offer you original recipes in gourmet menus that we develop from local and ecological products.
